  • 1/3 page - 220 words plus high resolution logo
  • 1/6 page - 115 words plus high resolution logo

Guidelines for Supplying Artwork

If you are supplying a computer disk we accept the following:
  • CD-ROM
  • Documents made on a Macintosh using Quark Xpress, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop
  • Files with fonts included (both screen and printer fonts)
  • Scanned photos or art saved as EPS or TIFF files
  • Scanned color photos saved as CMYK, not RGB
  • Scanned photos saved at 300 resolution, not 72
  • A match print is required to show us what your ad is supposed to look like (if not provided, a match print will be produced and charged to advertiser)
  • Supply all supporting EPS and TIFF files (such as logos, photos, special artwork,) used in your document
  • PDF file should have fonts embedded and saved at 300 dpi or better
We use the following programs: Quark Xpress 6.5, Illustrator CS, Photoshop 7.0, InDesign CS2.

Advertising material not meeting the specifications outlined above and requiring additional preparation work will be billed for the work performed.
